26/05/2025: The views and ambiance are absolutely dreamy but what lacked was the food + service. The food lacked flavor - it felt like something was almost forgotten in the dishes we had. And the service was slow and felt disinterested in helping ensure our experience was pleasant.

When visitors have worked up an appetite, they can enjoy casual bites by the beach or the Flowers Pool (a quiet pool situated in the property's park), wine and grilled dishes in L'Escale Trattoria & Wine Bar or a gourmet Italian-inspired meal at La Terrazza Gualtiero Marchesi.

Dinner at La Terrazza was another wonderful highlight of our stay at Tremezzo. The setting of the restaurant is ultimately romantic – candle lit terrace right on the lake.
