Reviews Summary

Vecchio Ristoro is celebrated as a Michelin-starred gem in Aosta, offering an exquisite culinary journey with creative dishes and an exceptional wine pairing experience. Diners consistently praise the impeccable service, particularly from staff like Paolo, and the elegant, spacious ambiance. While most reviews highlight outstanding food and value for the quality, a few suggest it may not always live up to the Michelin star for every diner, citing pretentiousness or ordinary service in isolated cases.

"Dining at this Michelin-starred restaurant was an absolute delight! The food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. I had the most delicious pasta of my life right here. 🍝
Also, the dessert was spectacular, super fresh and energizing."

"Had an outstanding evening with delicious food and impeccable service. Stand out dish was the risotto for me, but everything was very tasty! I had the vegetarian menu, my friend the 'normal' 5 course tasting menu and we shared a bottle of wine. The bill came to under €300 for the two of us which felt like amazing value given the quality of food. We left with full bellies and happy hearts. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Aosta or the surrounding area!"

"Very classy and nice Interieur. Service is excellent, very polite and good English!
We went for the seven courses with wine pairing. Food was absolutely perfect, one of the best Michelin experience I’ve ever had. (Very subjective of course)
We really enjoyed the wine pairing, as the wines were a bit more unusual and quite an experience.
We will certainly come back when we visit aosta again!"
