It is also one of Anacapri's busiest eateries, as it's open all winter and late into the evening. Its widescreen tv makes it a favorite venue for fans to watch Italy's most beloved sport, soccer!.

Just down the street was the Pizzeria Aumm Aumm where the staff could not have been more friendly. They were open to eat in the middle of the afternoon (3 pm), which is pretty much unheard of in Italy. We were famished and enormously grateful that they would feed us.

If you find yourself in Anacapri, I highly recommend going to Pizzeria Aumm Aumm. A fantastic pizzeria that has a beautiful outside patio filled with lemon trees that serves delicious pizza. So great, that I am still thinking about it years later.

It can sometimes be a challenge finding restaurants in Capri that are open throughout the year. The island pretty much shuts down after the tourist season ends in October. However, a wintertime trip does have a few advantages.

Head to Aumm Aumm (Via Caprile 18, closed on Mondays), a popular place in Anacapri for pizza. Another great pizza option, Verginiello in Capri Town (Via Lo Palazzo 25/A), is very reasonably priced.

Staff extremely welcoming and giving amazing recommendations!. We have had a delicious grilled sea bass and spaghetti puttanesca!. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice staff who were very accommodating to my wife's gluten-free request. The portion was tasty, filling and the price was right for Capri.
