"THE best burger/beer restaurant in Haifa! The menu is simple, very easy to choose and beer menu was also quite simple for selection. Not only Hemberger, the side dish was also amazing, chips can be crispy as ever! Until the beginning till the end, we enjoyed the every piece of it. Another good surprise, we went there around 19pm, they were still offering the business menu, that made the whole things quite reasonable price. Well done! We will keep on coming back!!"

The food is good, both just for late-night snack with the alcohol, or for full-out dinner "mode". And, while the prices of the food are typical for the place and type pf place, the meals are generous and satisfying.
you can find anything for anyone there, both as a coupe, or a 25 people group.
This place is good for your non-casual dinners, or only for an humble "beer-and-a-snack" of some afternoon.."

"Beautiful place - lovely industrial fittings, staff very friendly but not attentive. Waited far too long to get food, the table next to us arrived after us, ordered after us, and finished theirs before ours arrived - one of which was already fairly cold - but was beef, so not drastic enough to complain.. maybe I should have. Beef stew was nice (and piping hot), pichana beef was already cold, a bit chewy and a small portion. 1.5hrs for 2 mains is a bit much for one to be cold-ish on arrival, but when you're hungry, you eat. 3 stars is harsh but 4 would mean id recommend it here, and regrettably, I probably wouldn't. Probably just a rarity, but still, it happened to us on our one night in Haifa"

Libira is a rare find in Israel: an excellent microbrewery that takes its beers seriously. Located in the up-and-coming downtown port area, this is a must-see for beer lovers. Six fresh beers, brewed in the cellar are always on tap, as well as a wide selection of other Israeli microbrews.

There are also original cocktails and tangy herring served up at Venya Bistro, and robust homemade sausages and craft beers at Libira Brew Pub. (None of the restaurants listed above are kosher.) Across the street, in what’s known as the historic Turkish Market neighborhood, are more bars and local joints, including the popular Falafel Mishel as well as a handful of locally owned boutiques — including one or two that moved to Haifa from Tel Aviv. One of the newer additions to the neighborhood is the 1926 Designed Apartments Hotel with small kitchenettes in each of the brightly appointed rooms.

Finally, back on the main drag of Hanamal Street, the Libira Brewpub is an impressive establishment, with its giant tanks of suds in full view. Libira brews five craft beers—two German-style, an English bitter and stout, and a Belgian ale, which can be enjoyed in tasting flights or washing down pub food ranging from the hearty—like sausages and burgers—to the sophisticated, like smoked salmon and paté de campagne.
Discovering hidden treasures in Downtown Haifa
Our final stop was the Libira BrewPub which serves a selection of dishes that pair well with their own brand craft beers. There were a number of pork-based dishes on offer which I declined to taste like sausages with sauerkraut and meatloaf, as well as some salads and fresh bread.
