The French Table is a quietly top-class spot overlooking the river, presenting a style of food that can be inferred easily from its name. Owned by Strasbourg born Thomas Fialon and his wife Deirdre & patronnedre who is from County Limerick, the couple met in Paris where they were both on work placement. Thomas moved to Ireland with Deirdre where they spent a few years working, before travelling to Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean.
