Reviews Summary
The Dough Bros is celebrated for serving some of the best pizzas in Ireland and beyond, with a crust that's consistently praised as perfectly charred and never greasy. Diners rave about the creative and delicious toppings, friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere. While often busy with a queue, the fast service and exceptional quality make it a highly recommended spot for pizza lovers.
"I did not expect to be eating some of the best pizza I have ever had in Galway, but life is interesting like that. Please visit this pizza cafe if you are there! The dough being made right in front of you, and then spun right as ordered, a beautiful pizza oven. The crust is just right for thickness, the char underneath is perfect ( I have a pic). No floppiness or grease dripping off like some thin crusts. We had the Margerita pizza ( can't remember if that's what they called it) and it was amazing 😍! They have plenty of awards on the wall which they deserve. Oh, and it was FAST! What more could you want?! If I didn't have to cross an ocean to get back I'd be there way too much."

"Popped in while in Galway been here a few times but first time leaving a review. Que was out the door as normal but were seated within 15-20 and had pizza within 10 minutes. Best pizza I’ve ever had, no grease feels kinda healthy in a weird way. Great selection to choose from and some different takes on pizza all made to order fresh and in front of you cooked to perfection with just enough char on the bottom to make you want more, drink selection has some wonderful additions that you don’t see normally. Friendly staff and atmosphere highly recommend if you want to try what pizza can be when it’s perfectly made."

"While strolling through beautiful Galway, we stumbled upon this place completely by accident. Lured by the wonderful aroma, we decided to go in and try the pizza. We ordered two pizzas, one mushroom and ham, and the other a "can't banh-me love." Both pizzas were delicious, 10/10. It was a fantastic experience, bursting with flavor and aroma. Despite the queue, the service was efficient and the staff friendly and young. The place was very busy and crowded, but the pizza arrived in minutes, hot and crispy. I recommend this place; it fully deserves its award."

On the menu you’ll find the usual margherita, ham & mushroom, and posh pepperoni, to perhaps something a little different with ingredients such as spicy ‘Nduja sausage, an Italian spreadable sausage from the Calabrian region in Southern Italy which is thankfully becoming a bit more popular here.
