"Really a great experience! This was the second time we had dinner here and it was great again! Especially the playful way of presenting and the huge taste bombs (due to local ingredients) I found super impressive. The tuna ham was really a source of inspiration. The use of local ingredients (also from your own garden where you get a tour) really adds something here instead of it getting a leading role. The people who work there are really involved in the product and very skilled in hospitality. The desserts are of course completely toptier and I recommend doing a cocktail pairing to surprise you even more and in my opinion have a better taste pairing than, for example, with wines. What a high level and we hope to eat here again in the future. Will and Team thank you!"
