Reviews Summary

Moksa Ubud is celebrated for its exceptionally creative and flavorful plant-based cuisine, often surprising even non-vegans. Diners praise the serene garden setting and the fresh, locally sourced ingredients. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, the primary sentiment revolves around the delightful and innovative food that nourishes both body and soul.

"One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in the world! And easily the best restaurant I’ve been to in Bali - and that includes non-vegan places!

The location and place is stunning. Amongst nature with its garden beside. The staff are kind and attentive ☺️

The food is next level! The flavours are outstanding. Highlights:
- the vegan squid / calamari, especially in the salad. It’s better than pretty much all the normal squid I’ve eaten anywhere!
- Laksa 😋"

"I don’t even know where to start. I miss this place every single day.
Moksa is a peaceful little cafe tucked away in Ubud, surrounded by nature and a quiet stream. I ended up going there every day during my stay and it always felt calm and grounding.

The coconut coffee was the best I’ve ever had. The food is all plant-based and so flavourful that you don’t miss anything. Everything tasted fresh and nourishing.
The staff were so polite and warm, always smiling and making you feel at home.
Honestly, no words feel enough to explain the peace I felt just being there.

If you are in Ubud, please go. And go with time. You’ll want to sit, sip, and just breathe."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unbelievable Vegan Food – A True Culinary Adventure!

This restaurant is an absolute revelation! The vegan dishes here are unlike anything I’ve tried in Europe—honestly, the quality and creativity are unmatched. Every bite was a new adventure, with surprising and mind-blowing flavor combinations. I still can’t believe how rich and satisfying everything was, even without any meat. It’s proof that plant-based food can be exciting, sophisticated, and downright delicious. A must-visit for anyone who loves food, whether vegan or not. Pure genius!"
