"First time at Liberia Eatery, and now I can’t believe I waited this long to try it — even though it’s literally near my campus! 😅
I had the Beef Rice Bowl (generous portion, super tasty, beef was tender and flavorful), and sipped on their Bailey Coffee, which was creamy, slightly sweet, and dangerously easy to love. For the snack, we shared the Lo Platter, and wow — perfect for sharing, but honestly I could’ve devoured it all myself!
