"To start, I would give 0 stars if I could. My friends and I ordered for takeaway, as it was recommended by the villa manager where we were staying in Manggis. We got a mixture of food to share and every single dish was absolutely unpalatable. The prawn cracks were stale. The fish was rock hard. Chips oily. Sauce did not taste like sweet and sour. Noodles drenched in black pepper. The list goes on. This is the worst food we have ever had in our lives!! I don’t even write reviews usually but I cannot believe how much we were disappointed."

Wow oh wow! If you are looking for authentic Balinese cuisine with depth of flavour and the freshest of ingredients then go no further than Joglo's.
We had our second lunch here today and we loved the whole experience both times. I had the freshest of mahi-mahi (see photo) served with amazing chilli and spices, The green bean and fresh grated coconut accompaniment was superb, and it came with rice. It was heavenly.
We both opted for the fried banana classic dessert. Joglo's adds fresh coconut to the batter which gives it a crunchy and tasty finish.
The setting is a Javanese carved open air garden restaurant and the service by Elu and Ayu on each day was excellent.
The prices were unbelievable for the quality of the meals.
I would make Joglo's your first and last stop for excellent Balinese cuisine in Candidasa,"
