"This hotel and its staff are just simply amazing! I have health problems that make it challenging for me to sleep on hard mattresses, and they accommodated, adding as many duvets as required to soften the bed for me. Also, I encountered many problems during my stay (my passports needed to be retrieved from another town, which they helped with, I got really sick, they called the doctors for me, they checked on me regularly to make sure I was getting better, they made special meals for me to help my recovery, they helped me to not get ripped off by a taxi driver) and everytime the team was here to help me, which is truly rare and unbelievable. Like Bred told me on the first day, it was my “home away from home”, my Bali family.
On top of that, my room was spacious and beautiful, and always very clean, and the breakfast is amazing: lots of options to choose from, mix and match as you please!"

I had such a memorable 4 days 3 nights stay – time truly flew by too quickly! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful team, especially Bred, who was always around with a smile, ready to assist with anything. A special highlight was learning how to make a red velvet latte with him – such a fun and personal weekend touch!
The room was clean, cozy, and peaceful. I did encounter a few ants at first (which can happen in tropical areas), but the team responded to my feedback immediately. They re-cleaned the room thoroughly, and I had no issues afterward – everything was spotless and comfortable.
Breakfast each morning was a delight – so many choices and something different every day. It felt like a little surprise each morning, and everything was super delicious!
The location is fantastic for wellness lovers – just steps away from a great hair salon, nail spa, yoga, and Pilates studios. It fit perfectly with my healthy travel routine in Bali.
