"Visited last week in Puri Branch to have lunch. Food is good, we have taken the mini thali and different fish items along with the thalis. I think the price is bit high as per the portion. In the mini thali they are only serving rice, dal, sabji and one misti and thr price for this thali is 300/-. As per me, they can ad least a vaja item with it, and a chatni item too, to atleast complete the thali. We have taken Ilish Vapa, which was good. But in case of Dab chingri, I think the gravy can be much better, which I did not like really. Moreover, all the items are more sweeter than the actual taste. I have already visited their Kolkata brach, but I think the taste of the food in Kolkata was better. We have taken posto bora too, but I did not like the taste of that too. I liked the Ilish Vapa, and the mini thali. However, service was good. Staff behaviour is also good. Atmosphere is also good."

"Extremely unhygienic and a complete waste of money. The place was poorly maintained, with visible cleanliness issues throughout. The plates and cutlery were unclean, which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about overall hygiene.

The prices are outrageously high for what’s being offered—absolutely unjustified. The staff lacked professionalism, showing no basic courtesy or sense of proper service. There was no point in even discussing the food—both the quality and taste were extremely disappointing. The dishes seemed stale, lacked flavor, and were carelessly prepared and presented.

Overall, this place needs a complete overhaul in terms of hygiene, food quality, pricing, and customer service. Definitely not recommended."
