Reviews Summary
Peshawri is celebrated for its exceptional North Indian cuisine, with the Dal Bukhara and various kebabs receiving consistent high praise for their authentic flavors and perfect preparation. The service is described as impeccable and personalized, contributing to an overall amazing dining experience. While the food and service are top-notch, some diners note the atmosphere can be a bit dark and seating might be less comfortable for some.
"Amazing Culinary Experience at Peshawri - ITC Maratha
I recently visited Peshawri and was blown away by the exceptional food and service. The variety and flavors in their dishes are outstanding. The paneer and tandoori vegetables were spiced to perfection, while the rolls were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
Special mention goes to their Daal Bukhara—it was creamy, rich, and one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Every dish was a perfect blend of traditional spices and expert preparation.
The presentation was also great, and the fresh accompaniments like sliced onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes added a nice touch to the plates.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine. I will definitely be coming back!"

"We went there in November 2024. Quite late posting about it. Food and Service is great. They are very polite. Dal Bukhara is a must try here.
The place is quite crowded though. Expect a wait time even after pre booking. So it is more of a happening place instead of a calm environment.
Anyways, it is worth trying!
And here is the Peshawri team's picture 😊"

"The food is delicious. You can actually feel the peshawari taste in food. Service was good. Serving was on time. Atmosphere I felt was a bit dark. The decoration with antique utensils is something makes you feel like in that era. The seats can be better. Found a bit uncomfortable."

The best restaurants in Mumbai
Close to the airport and thus convenient if you're on your way in or out of town, Peshawri at the ITC Maratha has the slightly non-descript looks of many hotel restaurants with sand-coloured 'crazy paving' walls hung with kilim rugs, but people throng here for the comforting, superlative taste of the rich sauces and roasted meats of North Indian cuisine. Famous for its wonderfully spiced kebabs and tender lamb, with meat so tender it falls apart if you so much as look at it, it is favoured by visiting carnivorous dignitaries as they tour Mumbai.
