Reviews Summary
Bhawan offers a unique take on authentic Indian regional cuisine, celebrated for its nostalgic '90s ambiance and innovative drinks. While many praise the flavorful dishes and unique twists, some find the prices high and certain preparations average. It's a popular spot, especially on weekends, so be prepared for waits.
"This restaurant has been ranked within top 50 restaurants of Asia and it is totally worth the hype.
Slightly unconventional food which is yum. Menu is Indian with some tweaks done to all dishes. We tried quite a bit of the menu and each and every dish was tasty.
Drinks were a cherry on the cake, as they were unique and nostalgic.
Simple ambience, spacious seating, courteous staff but be ready to wait in queue for the entry on weekends."

"Bhavan – A Culinary Journey Through India
Bhavan beautifully brings together the delicacies of Indian states under one roof, offering a true taste of authentic Indian flavors. Every dish here is a tribute to tradition, capturing the essence of regional cuisines with perfection.
One of the most unique finds for me was the Soda Pop—a refreshing, nostalgic drink that I haven’t come across anywhere else. It’s a must-try! And when it comes to food, the Mushroom Haleem stole the show—a vegetarian twist on the classic dish that is pure bliss. The depth of flavors and rich texture make it an absolute delight.
From North to South, East to West, every dish stays true to its roots, delivering the same authentic taste you’d find in its home state—just wow! The ambiance is another highlight, transporting you straight to the ‘90s, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a hearty meal with family or friends.
For anyone who loves Indian cuisine in its truest form, Bhavan is a highly recommended experience!"

"I would not rate it 5 because had a lot of expectations considering the Top travellers rating of this restaurant.
The Dahi chaat was absolutely standard one, you would recognise the taste with any other chaat you have had, so nothing out of the ordinary.
Mutton kebab was good but again pretty ok one.
Martaban ka meat gave a totally homemade flavour, it was really good, but not what you would want at a restaurant.
Tiramisu Rasmalai was top-notch, interesting flavours there!
Overall the experience was good but not what I would expect at a restaurant that has earned a top notch place in a coveted list! You should definitely try it once for sure!"
