Situated a little outside Antigua city center, it’s a quaint restaurant with a pretty nice ambiance.

Once Once (meaning Eleven Eleven) is my favourite restaurant in Antigua, and the best meal I ate in all my travels. The restaurant is all vegan, but honestly, I have been here with lots of meat eaters and they all loved it. It also has a really amazing atmosphere, making it feel like a very fancy night out, but at a fraction of the cost.

My favorite vegan restaurant in Antigua Once Once has recently opened its doors in an old and very well refurbished courtyard. The menu is quite rich with delicious international dishes revisited and completely vegan. You will be welcomed by 3 cute dogs, one, in particular, will be sitting beside you asking to be petted.

Once Once should be one of your special, treat meals in Antigua. It’s a little pricier than many of the other restaurants on this list, but the setting, service and food are worth it. It’s a completely vegan restaurant, and although we’re not vegan, we do try to limit our meat consumption, and we LOVED the food here.

I do think they could have punched up the flavor and spice a bit more. On the menu, you’ll find mostly international dishes with a few vegan twists on local dishes. Given the entire restaurant is vegan, I would definitely recommend it and I’d personally like to try some of their other dishes.

This might be the best vegan Antigua Guatemala restaurant if you like a variety of vegan options made in-house with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff (oh and vegan deserts). Yes, that was a mouthful to read. But, you’ll be glad once you get some of their actual food on your plate.

Once Once was exactly what I needed to fuel up before hiking Pacaya Volcano. This tucked-away, underrated vegan restaurant is located in the back of a building shared with an outdoor gear rental shop, Wicho & Charlie’s. It’s a decent 10-minute walk from Antigua’s city center.

This is a vegan option with delicious food you can find during your trip to Antigua. Honestly, the staff is not the friendliest but if you are having a good day and don’t mind the attitude of the staff, my recommendation is to try the dumplings.

Once Once – This is a vegan restaurant with a fantastic interior. They offer delicious dishes such as sushi, dumplings, falafel, and a protein burrito. Check the opening hours in advance, as they may vary.

If you are visiting Antigua you cannot leave without visiting Once:Once. The food was amazing and they had so many options. I ordered the Kebab Bowl and can’t stop thinking about it ever since.

Wachuma and Samsara are perfect veggie and vegan options for takeout food, Once Once serves delicious local vegan goods and La Bruja is an unbelievable veggie and vegan-friendly restaurant.

Once Once, is the first vegan and plant based restaurant in Antigua. Dishes are inspired by the Asian, Italian, Mexican and Guatemalan kitchen. Everything is superfresh and surprising.

The mac and cheese, ribs, and cauliflower bites are to die for!. They have a great selection of drinks and even offer tapas with wine purchases. The entire menu is vegan

They have a wide variety on the menu and it’s easy to order several plates and share with friends. Our favorites are the spring rolls, cauliflower wings, and tacos.

Once Once – Excellent vegan restaurant on the northeast side of town. They have lunch specials: two people for 75Q. We loved our vegan burritos and apple pancakes.

This is a tasty restaurant with lots of vegetarian/vegan options and a nice, relaxing outdoor garden. I recommend their chilaquiles. Great for brunch or lunch.

Very reasonable pricing and a lot of options to choose from. It is a vegan place but I would have never said it as the menu offers a variety of comfort foods.
