Reviews Summary

Kombu Ramen Shop is widely praised for its authentic and flavorful ramen, with many highlighting the rich broths and quality ingredients. Diners appreciate the efficient service and the unique experience of watching chefs at work. However, some found the food meager and overpriced, with a few mentioning the bright lighting and occasional long waits during peak hours.

"This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. I dream about this spicy ramen. It is SO delicious and extremely consistent from visit to visit in the last 5 years I’ve been coming. The vibes in here are great, they are always blasting great music and the service is friendly and fast."

Savannah Hieronymus

"Pretty busy when we arrived and it took a little longer to be seated than the 5 minute quoted wait. Was really excited about the ramen being house made! Service was attentive, lights are way too bright. Shoyu ramen and spicy ramen (not spicy at all) were just okay, nothing to write home about flavour wise. Karaage was a little dry from overcooking and cauliflower was tasty. Had a strawberry mint drink we liked a lot."

LivNLaVidaLoca

"The ramen and food were delicious. They seem frequently busy even during weekday lunch so there may be a short wait for the table. My first impression was that it pretty hot and humid inside and for some reason the over head fans with the skylight backdrop gave me the sensation of strobe lights which was not comfortable. The service was great, again the food delicious."
