Matsuhisa Mykonos offers a high-end Japanese-Peruvian fusion experience with many guests praising the exceptional food quality, presentation, and the vibrant atmosphere, especially during sunset. While some find the prices steep, the overall consensus points to a memorable dining experience with attentive service and unique flavor combinations.
"Matsuhisa at the Belvedere Hotel is truly a gem in Mykonos! Every time I visit, the experience is nothing short of spectacular. The warm and welcoming hostesses make you feel like a valued guest the moment you step in, setting the tone for a memorable evening.
The food is simply outstanding, with each dish prepared to perfection. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite, and the flavors are a delightful journey for the palate. I’ve had the pleasure of dining here multiple times, and the consistency in the excellence of the food is something I deeply appreciate.
The waitstaff are incredibly polite and attentive, always ensuring that every need is met with a smile. The manager and the entire team go out of their way to make you feel at home, creating an atmosphere that’s both luxurious and friendly.
The restaurant itself is impeccably clean, which, along with the superb service and amazing food, makes for an absolutely fantastic dining experience every single time. Whether you’re a frequent visitor or a first-timer, Matsuhisa offers a dining experience that’s truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!”"

"Food is average, and service is terrible. Severs never see the guests in front of them. It is not worth visiting. The hotel is not bad, but I was very disappointed with this restaurant."

"Unforgettable dining experience!
From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional—from the warm welcome and stylish ambiance to the world-class cuisine. Set against the stunning backdrop of Mykonos chora and the Aegean sea.
Every dish we tried was a masterpiece. The wagyu tacos were an explosion of flavor—delicate, rich, and perfectly balanced. The king crab was fresh and beautifully presented, while the octopus was tender and expertly charred. We also loved the yellowtail sashimi and tuna salad, which were both vibrant and incredibly fresh.
We had a full sensory experience. It’s easily one of the most memorable meals we’ve had during our stay in Mykonos."
