In Mesochori, the old square of the traditional Kastraki, with its stone houses and cobble streets, sits the café bistro Qastiro. We loved Qastiro’s interior architecture, the delicious desserts, and the politeness and hospitality of its owner. Qastiro is housed in a beautiful stone building, built according to the architectural standards of the area.
Meteora and two Meteora hikes, Greece
We drove back down to Kastrika, bought some food for breakfast the next morning and had lunch at Qastiro, just around the corner from our appartment. The coffee house serves snacks, in a beautiful setting on their terrace with great views of Meteora. We both had a Greek salad with bread and I had a great homemade lemonade with fresh ginger.
