"The staff are very warm and friendly. When I arrived, I mentioned that I wanted to try something local, and they recommended a white wine and a local plate. It was the most delicious dish I’ve had in recent years. The wine was amazing. The dining area is a lovely little garden where you sit on small benches. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much."

"Before my visit to Germany, I had no idea about Swabian cuisine. Everyone always talks about pork knuckle, pretzels, and beer. Oh, and of course, sausage (with over 1500 varieties). I was thrilled to discover this hidden gem in the neighborhood.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I was unsure about the sauce accompanying the schnitzel, so I asked the waitress. She wasn’t sure of the English name either and went back to Google it for me. That’s a nice touch. Yes, it was indeed cranberry sauce. Usually, I’m not a fan of cranberry sauce, but I loved how it complemented the veal.

The soup was interesting, featuring Swabian ravioli. The fillings of the ravioli had great flavors. In the USA, a lot of the time, ravioli is just too doughy and not enough filling.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to venture a bit further away from the tourist area."

"I was in Stuttgart for business and checked out some reviews, and decided to walk 40 minutes from my hotel to this wonderful restaurant. I ended up making a walk two other times during my 7 day stay. The Schnitzel with the potato salad was beyond delightful. I think the potato salad is a secret weapon. I hope I travel back to Germany soon so I can visit this restaurant again"
