"Self Service. Very efficient kitchen with only 2 people working in the Restaurant and they are friendly. The noodles are so tasty that I drank almost all the soup. 2 small side dishes coriander and sauer cabbage. The music is chinese songs popular among those born in the 1980's."

I ordered the beef brisket noodles and it was nice but a bit bland.
Noodles are 100% handmade and were cooked to perfection. Beef was nice but too fatty. The noodles come with a side dish of authentic ginger/garlic floss and sprint onions.
Overall it was nice, but a small tad bit overhyped.
Staff are incredibly friendly though :)"

"One of the best Lanzhou noodles I’ve had overseas - truly authentic. The cold dishes (黄瓜、猪耳）and the chilli oil brought back such nostalgic flavours. We also tried the dumplings, which were clearly handmade and absolutely delicious. It’s a gem noodles restaurant next to the Frankfurt train station."
