"I don’t know what the management is thinking, but this bar definitely needs improvement in staff training or hiring new employees. In places like a hotel with such a name, service should never be compromised. First of all, waiting for the menu, then placing an order, which took 40 minutes. They didn’t bring any snacks either. Moreover, when I asked for water with my cocktails, which is a standard practice in a good bar that cares about its guests, I was asked, “For drinking?”
The atmosphere is amazing, beautiful, a classic bar with very pleasant and polite guests. However, cocktails priced at €17-20 are not worth the money because of the service."
