"Firstly, I want to say that we were coming to Cuchi regularly a few years ago, and never had a bad experience. Today, however, everything was wrong. We came to Cuchi expecting the same service we used to get and were sadly disappointed. The server was unpleasant and uninterested. They forgot our order and mixed up our starters. Flagging a waiter took a few tries as the restaurant was busy. Ultimately, we waited 1.5hrs for our main meal (a bento) to arrive. I have to say, I make sushi myself as a hobby, and even i was embarrassed by the quality of the presentation and sushi itself. We asked the waiter if what we received was what we ordered, and she replied positively. We chose to finish our food, as we were hungry after the long wait, but I hope the owners will take this review (and the photos) into consideration and make adjustments in the future. Worst culinary experience in a long time."
