Grand Café Le Florida offers a vibrant atmosphere and prime location on Capitole Square, with many praising the lively ambiance and some dishes like the cassoulet and tempura appetizer. "Grand Cafe Le Florida is a gem right in the Capitole square! ✨ Lovely spot with fantastic service and surprisingly good value for money. Sitting outside was just perfect for soaking in the Toulouse atmosphere. We enjoyed a great breakfast and I bet lunch would be just as wonderful. Don't let the prime location fool you - it's definitely worth it for the quality and service! 👍"

"Worst food I’ve ever had in Europe. McDonald’s tastes like a michelline star restaurant compared to the food here. I know these guys have high profit margins because everything is ridiculously expensive but seems like it costs them 2 dollars to make. I ordered a sandwich for 10 euros and when it arrived the bread was soggy and disintegrating from the watered down sauce. I could barely pick it up and I wish I didn’t because it tasted disgusting. I’ll give props to the waiters because they all speak perfect English, but at this point the food is so bad it doesn’t even matter. Never coming here again."

"Open late food till 1 pm and drinks till 2 pm when we were there in March. Unoaked Chardonnay was surprisingly good at 5 euro a glass. Sancerre at 8 euro good but not really worth extra. Lively and fun with some good decor features."
