"A real gem in Saintes Maries de la Mer! La cave à Huitres is a small restaurant facing the port, just a short walk from the old town but away from the busiest and most touristy streets.
We stopped here for lunch and it was totally worth it. Needless to say, if you are here you must try the fish, the quality and freshness of both the cooked and raw dishes were simply outstanding, and the prices were more than fair. The service was excellent, with welcoming and kind staff, and the place itself was tidy and spotless.
