"Exceptional Dining Experience. The restaurant offers a wonderful ambiance and a very welcoming team. Our four-hour meal was a journey through beautifully prepared dishes. The pacing of each course and the palate cleansers in between were well-timed. The staff ensured everyone felt included by offering extra small plates to those with fewer courses. We opted for the 5-course "Chant des Saveurs" menu and every dish was a delight. The service was excellent from start to finish, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The wine pairings were very well-chosen and complemented each course perfectly. A special highlight of the evening was when the piano player was kind enough to play one of our wedding songs for us. It made the celebration even more personal and memorable.
We had heard some mixed reviews about the food, but we completely disagree. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We found the flavors to be sophisticated and unique, and it's clear the chef and her team are incredibly talented. I suppose it's true what they say: to each their own! The atmosphere was elegant and the attention to detail was impeccable, even down to the clean and well-maintained restroom facilities.
