"This delightful little restaurant adjacent to the chateau ticked all of our French mini break boxes. I wanted somewhere classically French, without the price tag. Le Fou du Roi offers a midi menu which is €21 for two courses, €25 for three. Everything we ordered was exquisitely presented and tasted divine. The wine was delicious and very reasonably priced too. The best thing though was the location, we had a stunning view of the chateau, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the other restaurant lined streets of the centre ville. The waiting staff were delightful too, we highly recommend 🇫🇷"
