"This restaurant specializes in Tartare - steak and salmon. They offer you a sample first if you order it, to make sure it meets your standards. You can choose between 200, 250 or 300g. There are also about 10 different styles. I got the Le Hug. It had roasted pine nuts, fresh herbs and a cheese that was like Parmesan. It was exceptionally good. A very relaxed atmosphere. Fewer vegetarian options. Extensive wine, drinks and desserts.
It was the off season but this place was pretty packed."

Sometimes I am afraid to take tartare because of the meat is not fresh. Here totally blowed my mind. That's why French people come here.
And it opens until midnight which is rare in France. Well, highly recommend!"

Great service from Leah, she was sweet, professional, efficient and always attentive. The food was okay but I'd go again definitely."
