"We took a significant detour to get to the place and managed to be at the door before 9:30pm ... their site and Google say they are open until 10pm. The waitresses and the receptionist told us that they are closed w/ an explanation that sometimes they decide to close early ... and they chckled about it thinking that was funny and have not even tried to apologize ... it was not funny at all. Very unprofessional and borderline insulting."
