"What a lovely place to stay. Very pleasant and friendly welcome from the staff at the reception. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. All was really perfect. Even the cocktail at the bar, on the terrace, was very special and great. The view is amazing and the walk to the town very short and easy. We would love to come back and stay there again.
The breakfast was good as well. The only thing that might be to improve is the fact that everybody is talking on the top of the croissants to the staff who is welcoming us, when she gave us the mugs. Maybe the food should be a bit more protected from all the bugs."

"A fantastic option if you're looking for a beautiful location with great convenience. The private parking was a huge plus, making it very easy to come and go without any stress. The hotel is perfectly situated — just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and only a pleasant stroll to the famous cliffs, which are an absolutely stunning spot to watch the sunset.
Breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. The only downside during our stay was the room cleanliness — we did notice some mold in the bathroom, which could definitely be improved.
Overall, the unbeatable location and great amenities made it a lovely place to stay for our visit to Étretat."

"The hotel's location is indeed excellent if you're looking to visit the city of Étretat.
However, I believe the hotel is significantly overpricing its services.
We came as a family by car, and for a rate of €400–450 per night last week, we still had to pay extra for parking. I found that excessive and a bit exploitative.
We travel frequently around France and are usually not charged separately for parking.
Additionally, we tried the restaurant and breakfast.
The service was terrible, and the prices were comparable to those in Paris or London (we are Parisians living in London).
The restaurant itself was average in both value and quality — the food didn’t feel fresh and was of mediocre standard.
Breakfast was particularly disappointing. At €20 per person per day, it was a joke — you’ll find much better offerings in other regions of France.
Overall, the hospitality suffers from a mix of overpricing and lack of quality and discipline. I understand why the sector is struggling this year. Hospitality professionals need to realize that the European tourism market is competitive, and even within France, it's possible to find better quality and food elsewhere.
