I had traditional 2 eggs in red wine sauce was perfect. I could taste red wine in the sauce. The yolk has a rich, jammy and velvety texture. The blend very well with the red wine sauce."

"We went to this restaurant because I wanted to try a good piece of steak from Charolais breed cattle. I did get the piece. It was pretty good but not spectacular. They grill the steaks a bit rarer than you expect. The medium meat comes almost rare. I did not mind that too much though but at least the cut that I got had a lot of sliver skin that I was not expecting in a good cut or at a restaurant this level. Their steak knives need some sharpening to cut through the meat and the silver skins. The waiter did not come for refreshing the bread basket. The French fries were really good. The vegetables side were a bit overcooked."
