Bar Trattoria Mamma Luisa is a special place that arises from the passion for service and cuisine of Mrs. Luisa Patrovita, an Italian of pure strain that since the 60s, for things of destiny, has been related to this land. Doña Luisa is a person dedicated 100% to this business together with two of her children, Rossana and Joaquín, who help her operationally. "La Mamma", as her clients call her, arrived in the Punta Cana area in the 90s almost by chance, called by the long friendship with Mr. Frank Rainieri and the need to find a reliable person to manage La Yola, located in the Marina of Punta Cana.
