"We had an unforgettable dinner experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible – every single dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Without a doubt, this was the best steak we’ve ever had in Copenhagen. Truly outstanding.
The service started off a bit slow; it took some time before anyone came to our table. However, once things got going, the staff took very good care of us and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after.
One odd part of the experience was the seating arrangement. Our friends had made a reservation in advance and mentioned that it was for a wedding celebration. Despite this, we were initially offered bar stools, which felt a bit inappropriate for the occasion. Thankfully, after we asked, they moved us to a regular table.
The only real downside was the lack of air conditioning – it was quite hot inside, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable at times. Still, the quality of the food and the overall experience more than made up for it. Highly recommended for the food alone."

"We had lunch at Vækst in Copenhagen as part of our wedding celebration with close friends and family – and it was such a lovely experience. We were a group of nine and went for the three-course lunch menu, with drinks à la carte.
The service was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive from start to finish. We were seated upstairs, with the windows open and fresh air coming in, which made the atmosphere feel relaxed and summery.
We really appreciated the small greetings from the kitchen in between the courses – especially before the starter and main course – which helped bridge the time nicely and made it feel even more thoughtful. The only downside was that the wait between the main course and dessert was a bit too long, and by the time coffee arrived, it was not really hot anymore.
That said, everything else was perfect. The food, the setting, the people – it all made for a memorable afternoon. We’d absolutely recommend Vækst and would gladly come back."
