I went twice to Cotto Crudo, a first-rate Italian restaurant in The Four Seasons Hotel, to enjoy pasta dishes and delicious fresh fish. If you are lucky enough to be in Prague on a warm night, as I was, you can dine on the verandah with a perfect view of the castle on the hill opposite. Dinner is about $125 for two.

At the Four Seasons Hotel, on this budget, we advise you to go for the CottoCrudo Bar. This is a “raw” bar offering mozzarella, cold cuts, home-made bread and breadsticks accompanied with creative cocktails. Obviously “raw” also means tuna, scallops and oysters.

Not only is CottoCrudo an exquisite Prague restaurant with a view, but it’s also where I found some of the city’s tastiest Italian fare. The neutral-colored indoor dining area is gorgeous, but the chic terrace is the place to be.

clearly foursquare has gone downhill and whoever compiled that list has no local knowledge. Four Seasons and Cotto Crudo is the same place. Buschetto on Wenceslas?
