"Beautiful place located in the center of Prague. The interior resembles something in the art deco. We had made a reservation in advance, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The service was pleasant, and the food was delicious. As for the prices, it wasn't exactly cheap — a bit above the average — but still reasonable. Been to this restaurant twice already and will definitely go again!"

"Excellent! The food, the service, the atmosphere, the price are all very great. Especially this restaurant is Michelin recommend, the price are still very affordable. Compared to those Czeck restaurants, it is much delicious. I have ordered braised rabbit, it is incredibly tender and soft. The truffle sauce are very good."

But as I conversed with Pohlreich over lunch in the main dining room, it became clear to me that I was sitting in front of the country’s most famous chef.
