Warm, medieval tavern vibes with incredible food! The grilled Camembert, pork ribs, and trout were all tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked over the open fire. A must-visit in Český Krumlov for both the atmosphere and hospitality.

"Great Czech meats and atmosphere. The fire was great as it was a cold day but being seated next to the door wasn’t helping. 🥶You better make a reservation bc they fill up fast and make your food choices swiftly, the wait staff are direct, efficient and can remember your order without writing it down! 🤩 The food was yummy and decent portions so you better be HUNGRY: we had the beef flank steak, mixed meat platter, garlic soup, sweet and sour cabbage salad and for dessert bread dumplings with warm pudding and powdered sugar (it doesn’t sound like warm, sweet, fluffy pillows of goodness with a warm custard or pudding… but it is!)… all winners. Wish we had another evening here to try other items on the menu. My only wish is that they would have ginger tea with lemon available… 🤓"
