Reviews Summary

Baraka BBQ & Brew Bar is praised for its unique, rock-inspired ambiance and an impressive selection of craft beers, making it a standout destination. While many enjoy the delicious burgers, spicy wings, and friendly service, some find the food quality can suffer during crowded weekends and prices are not always justified.

"Stellar selection of beers from a great selection of breweries. The decor really makes the place, incredibly well thought out which creates a quite unique atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the male member of staff with glasses who was the main reason we came back several times during our week stay. I'd highly recommend the spicy wings and the vegetarian burger."

"One of my top places to go to now! The whole atmosphere is awesome (designed in a western style and at the entrance of the toalets there is an harley davidson completely made out of metal and chains!); not to mention the music which was classic and enjoyable. Our server was kind, fast and assisted us with the menu. The food came out fast and fresh aswell as the pizza's which were cooked to perfection and the burger was tasty and fulfilling.

Special thanks to Dominik B. for our food!
Recommened for all to come here!"

"I love this place. Whenever Im visiting Croatia me and my friends have a tradition of getting food here. I really like the ambient and the mood of Baraka. They also have live music at times which is alwqys good. Food is of high quality and they have an ever changing menu. On top of that they have a wide variety of beers and other unique drinks. Service is always top notch and fast. Highly recommended. Sadly no photos of the food but trust me... Baraka does not dissapoint."

Restaurants in Split

Residents of Split favor this spot for its tasty barbecue, live rock and blues concerts, and—not least—its distance from the busy Old Town. If you need a break from seafood and crowds, stroll 15 minutes from the Diocletian's Palace complex to Baraka ("barracks") and sway to the music as you wash down delightfully smoky eats with regional craft beer. Gritty decor—including a chopper motorcycle in the middle of the restaurant, a U.S. flag made out of chains, and exposed brick walls—completes the coolly Americana-flavored experience.
