"From the moment we arrived the service was very bad, apart from the fact that there was no ice for the drinks, they gave them to us at room temperature and to top it off the steak had a hair embedded in the breading and the manager came out saying that everyone was wearing hats and that she didn't understand where that hair was coming from and she wasn't very formal. We had to tell her that we didn't have to pay for something that she didn't finish eating because of the hair she had and she wanted to compensate us with a dessert, we didn't receive it and in the end they deducted that dish from the bill. I don't recommend it. The rest of the food is nothing like it. I don't recommend it."

And this is inside the restaurant not in the food mall, where as a customer you expect to receive diligent and precise attention. This is not once or twice but it has become the common denominating factor of this place."
