"We had a great dinner a Ushin, which provides nice ambiente and a great variety of food. From Miso Ramen over to their famous grill, over to tasty Gyozas. Especially the items from the grill are recommended, as they are served over traditional Japanese coals. Really a nice experience. I was having a great time, only little critic is that the music is a bit loud in some areas in the restaurant. Other than that, perfect place for special moments. Also - great view is included, and prices are more than fair!"

If you are considering visiting anywhere in South America and want to include an incredible evening and food, then you simply have to stop off at Ushin Japanese & Grill at the Grand Hyatt hotel, Bogota. I’ve been to a lot of nice hotels and restaurants before but this beats them all hands down. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Looking out over the city and the gridlock. Make sure to visit when the sun has gone down, just to experience the best view. While it is pricey, it is not as expensive as the restaurants at home (Dublin, Ireland). The service is fantastic and the menu is brilliant. Loads of options for every taste. You have to visit South America and you must include Ushin at the Hyatt in Bogota to complete your trip."
