"The best reason to make a stop in the way to Ensenada, fine german dishes in the beautiful shore of Llanquihue lake and nice ambience. Steaks, fishes, chicken and pork are skillfully prepared in the traditional German way , special mention to my fav, the macerated pork sirloin in "Ulmo" honey and fresh mint with spätzle and apfelmus, unmissable"

"Stopped here on our way to ensenada. Sandwiches were delicious and the fries were chunky and homemade. Excellent lunch! Our waiter was also very friendly and helpful"

"During the same trip 40 years ago traveling to Ensenada y were told that we should have lunch at restaurant call the Water Mill. It was an old house that had a water mill on the side (think that it was constructed 1865). The food was excellent, german type.
Today it has the German Club concession, that has built a new building adjacent to the Old house, which was also refurbished. This time we could not see the water mill due to current repairs. Any way it’s a place to visit."
