"I have never been here before in fact in my short Stay over here this is probably one of my top restaurants, me and my friends who live here went to have dinner as a birthday celebration, they will most certainly be going back. We were welcome with a glass of Prosecco, then we ate oysters, spanish ham and culatello. Afterwards, I had the black tagliolini (this for me was the star dish) and my friends had the parmesan risotto and the short ribs (which looked amazing), everything with a bottle of wine that was suggested by Andre, which matched perfectly! For dessert we had a delicious tiramisu. The entire evening was amazing. I would like to thank to Maria, Andre and everyone else for making my friend´s birthday unforgettable."

Paletto on the second floor is their Western restaurant, offering contemporary Italian dishes made with authentic European ingredients under chef Lorenzo Prandi. During our visit in the beginning of November, they had yet to change to an autumn/winter menu, so we were treated to the light, fresh flavours in their summer degustation (HK$955), including a regularly rotating selection of amuse-bouche. However, the star of Paletto lay in their signature dessert: a modern, alcohol-free tiramisu that arrived encased in a chocolate tube, topped with a dollop of foamy cream, and a stick of caramelised sugar balanced on the side.
