We had tomato confit and iceplant salad as a starter. Iceplant salad topping with spherification of mango juice (Molecular cuisine). Crispy fresh plant combined with Molecular fruit. Exclusive yet creative.
Although cubed tofu coating with salted egg is kind of staple food, its intense savory coating melted in mouth so lightly, almost forgot it should be high calorie greasy fritters.
The rest dishes: baked duck, prawn balls sprinkled with shredded pumpkin, fermented-fish meat cake are tasty too. Worth to go with family."
