"We came to Hutong for a late dinner around 10pm. The staff gave us the best table at the corner with the entire view of the Hong Kong Skyline. The place had an amazing vibe and the decor was top class. The service was quick and staff was very responsive. The food was top notch. All the dishes we ordered were amazing. We were a group and had more than 10-12 dishes ordered also drinks as well. Tried couple of cocktails and they were all amazing. Pork Dumplings and chicken in pepperoni oil was outstanding among the dishes. There are vegetarian options as well. Overall, i definitely recommend this place to all, place is absolutely worth the cost and you will love the experience!"

We got the four course tasting menu - most dishes were absolutely phenomenal although the scallop noodles were a bit lacking in portion size and taste compared to the others. The flaming peking duck was dinner AND a show in one, and while we worried it was a gimmick that would ultimately taste beyond average, they absolutely delivered with it being delicious and perfectly cooked.
Cocktails are delicious and well balanced to pair with the food, and the wait staff are more than happy to recommend or discuss wine/cocktails to help you pick what to get.
We were initially seated in the middle of the restaurant, still with a great view. However after the four courses before our duck, the staff set up a table next to the windows and asked if we would like to move to better enjoy the view for the rest of our meal which just goes to show the extra mile they will go to ensure satisfaction."

"Amazing venue and fantastic view. Really nice. Food is very high and low though.
The signature lamb rack was one of the worst dishes I have ever had 😂 But probably more related to my preference than the dish per se. But if you are like me and don’t like lamb that taste like wool, don’t order this dish. It was like a proper Norwegian lusekofta (wool cardigan) and barely edible. But again, I think it was more due to my flavor preference of lamb than the preparation of the dish and just didn’t fit my palate.

We went there for dinner on our “babymoon” before our twins were born and can highly recommend it, although it is definitely at the higher end of most people’s budgets, as I recall we spent well over HK$2000 for the two of us. If you are looking for somewhere for a pre or post dinner drink then head up two floors to Aqua Spirit (30/F) which is one of our favourite bars in Hong Kong.
