"A upscale restaurant catered towards tourists and large tour groups. Easily able to accommodate a large tour group of 12 people with one 4 person table and one 8 person table. Servers here speak fantastic English and was impressed that they were able to take orders for all 12 of us without even wiring anything down. The food however fell a little bit short considering the high price. I ordered from a set menu and the 2 dishes below cost over 30USD. The fish ceviche I would have expected to have more fish and more flavor. The fish had a slightly fishy taste and the texture was not quite on par with the best ceviche from around the world. Quite disappointing considering the famous sea port and fish market nearby and the restaurant owners are fishermen. The seafood paella I had was also only average. Portion sizes were quite large and was easily able to fill me up. Here the seafood was slightly better with the mussels tasting fresh but the rice texture was not quite right. Overall the presentation of all the dishes were excellent and the ambiance and staff did not disappoint."

Fettuccine pesto was full of sauce no pesto taste at all only milk. Fish of the day to share no taste at all. Fried fish with flower even with mayonnaise no taste. Mix salad no inspiration or dressing just some carrots and leaves of salad. Never again definitely not for the price.
Service and view are good, recommend only drink something."

After walking around Conception Hill, we moved to another hill and ate at a restaurant called Oda Pacifico, which overlooked Valpo and its port!. The restaurant is highly rated and its speciality is, not surprising, seafood. The food was ok, but the views were outstanding.
