Reviews Summary
Jade Mountain Club is lauded for its absolutely breathtaking views of the Piton Mountains, divine cuisine from Chef Elijah, and enchanting live jazz music. The exceptional hospitality from staff like Ned, Junior, and Kimran, and Manager Puneet, creates a truly memorable experience. However, some guests have noted issues with the challenging road access, occasional slow service, and disappointing wine list availability.
"Jade Mountain Club is the epitome of a dining experience that transcends ordinary expectations and deserves every single one of its five stars, and then some.
First and foremost, the views from this fine dining establishment are nothing short of breathtaking. Gazing out at the island's beauty as the sun sets is a visual symphony that sets the stage for an unforgettable evening.
The live jazz band adds a layer of sophistication and ambiance that's truly enchanting. Their melodies weave seamlessly with the dining experience, creating an atmosphere that feels both lively and elegant.
Now, onto the culinary masterpiece that is the menu. Chef Elijah's creations are nothing short of divine. Each dish feels like a work of art, a masterpiece crafted with love and inspired by the island's bounty. His cuisine is so exquisite that it feels like it's meant for the gods themselves.
But it's not just the food that makes this place remarkable; it's the top-tier hospitality provided by the extraordinary staff. Ned, Junior, and Kimran are a testament to the highest standards of service. Their expertise in the menu is apparent as they guide you through a culinary journey that delights the senses. What truly sets them apart is their ability to share the island's culture and history with such passion, making the evening not just about dining but about storytelling and connection.
Manager Puneet is a true master of his restaurant. His presence ensures that every guest's experience is flawless. His attention to detail and commitment to creating magical moments are evident in every aspect of the evening.
And let's not forget about Pastry Chef Sherma, whose desserts are nothing short of divine. Each bite is a heavenly experience that rounds off the meal with perfection.
Jade Mountain Club is not just a restaurant; it's an experience that lingers in your memory long after you've left. If you're looking for a culinary journey that combines world-class cuisine, live jazz, stunning views, and unparalleled hospitality, this is the place. It's a five-star oasis that leaves you feeling like you've dined in the presence of greatness."

"How does a 5 star resort have such a terrible road leading into it? Do they do it to deter people that don't travel by boat or helicopter? Do they do it because they don't want to spend the money to repair the millions of pot holes in it? I was going 3 MPH and I thought my SUV was going to fall apart. I expect a resort of this caliber to have a nice road leading into, maybe something like the competitor Vice Roy's Sugar Beach that's not too far away...
Either way, the food, view, service, and architecture were top notch, but all ruined by the quality of the only road leading into the property. Not worth the drive in. Spend your money elsewhere."

"The view was fantastic! People were extremely friendly. Breakfast was the best meal, Johnny cakes were over the top. Some of the wine list was not available but the cocktails were good. At night, depending on the time of the day, the bugs were really annoying. Some the Entree's were not as tasty as they should have been for the price and property."
