Reviews Summary
Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub offers a historic atmosphere and a picturesque waterfront setting, praised for its extensive craft beer selection and unique pub fare like their salmon fish and chips. While many enjoy the ambiance and good service, some diners have expressed disappointment with food quality and consistency, citing issues like lukewarm fries and uninspired dishes at higher price points.
"I read some of the recent reviews and almost didn't go. But our taxi driver and hotel recommended going. And, we are so happy we did. Paige was our server and she was everything that we hope for: helpful, pleasant and attentive. What we had was great: beer, mushroom flat bread, halibut with fries and slaw, and a rhubarb crumble. They were all excellent. The view and atmosphere were wonderful. Based on our experience you can't go wrong going to Spinnaker Brew Pub."

"The establishment has a lovely view & charm. Hadn’t been in quite a few years and decided last minute to pop in for dinner with friends. I was SO disappointed with the food - genuinely shocked at the quality and selection of the menu. I was actually so annoyed I had to pay for the food lol, as a previous server I could not bother to complain but I will not be dining in again. Felt like the most basic frozen pub food I’ve ever had. For the price I would check out any other local pub near by. So strange as their food used to be authentic flavourful and unique. On the positive the service was decent and they were accommodating on a busy weekend night."
