Reviews Summary

Cafe Medina is widely praised for its delicious and unique brunch offerings, especially its signature waffles with gourmet toppings. Diners also commend the cozy atmosphere and the friendly, attentive service. While the food and ambiance are highly rated, expect a wait, as the restaurant is incredibly popular, particularly on weekends.

"I went to a popular spot for breakfast.
I got there right at 8 when they opened, but it was already super busy.
The waffles were so chewy and honestly the best I’ve ever had.
There were tons of topping options too.
We tried salmon fume and beef in tomato sauce — the flavors were a bit too strong overall, so if you’re into bold flavors, I totally recommend it!"

"A Must-Visit for Breakfast Lovers – Cafe Medina

Cafe Medina offers a relaxed, cozy atmosphere — perfect for a delicious and memorable breakfast. The menu may look simple at first glance, but every dish is full of flavor and character. Each plate is thoughtfully crafted and satisfying.

Their signature waffles are a standout — crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly paired with a variety of house-made sauces. Every sauce is uniquely delicious, making it hard to pick a favorite.

Drinks are well-balanced, and the service is consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. While there might be a short wait, it’s never too long and definitely worth it.

If you're in town on an even-numbered day, don’t miss Cafe Medina — it's a true breakfast gem."

Sittitam Ruengcharungpong

"I'd heard from a local that this spot is not necessarily overrated and worth a visit. It is on the Michelin guide which makes it exceptionally popular, even for a brunch spot. Expect a wait. The Moroccan sausage shakshuka is what I tried, and it was a good bit of heat to wake you up on the morning. Medina is known for its waffles which I also tried and did not disappoint. Light and fluffy, Belgian-style, but on the smaller side, so order multiple if you are visiting primarily for those. Would recommend for a strong breakfast or brunch. Get there early if possible."
