What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Nina Pizza Napolitaine is widely praised for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, with many highlighting the quality of ingredients and creative combinations. The cozy ambiance is often mentioned, creating a pleasant dining experience. While most reviews are glowing, a few note that the thin crust can occasionally be a bit soggy.
"We found this place six years ago and had decided we must return when we were in the city again. We visited on a Sunday when all pizzas are $20 and draft beer is $6.50.
We started with the pork sausage meatball appetizer with eggplant which was amazing. Then we had two pizzas - a Greenpoint with arugula and we added prosciutto. The second was the Salsiccia which had spicy sausage and spicy honey on it. They bring spicy oil to the table as well if you want to add. We would have added the hot pepper flakes we have at home as an option but regardless the pizzas were perfection.
Limited but good wines by the glass and interesting local brews."

"Great spot for pizza and surprisingly also the Caesar salad. Kid friendly, customer service was great. We got the greenpoint with prosciutto and the funghi. Get the spicy olive oil on top!
$20 pizzas on Sundays, and they can make any of the pizzas kid sized for $11. We got kids sized Margherita and La Luca. All of us devoured! We also got their lemon drink which was delicious.
We made a reservation and glad we did because it got quite busy."

"pizzas were very good and great atmosphere! it felt like i was transported back to italy!! the topping were a bit much for the thin crust as the bottom crust was a tad soggy but overall flavor was excellent. i would definitely come back to try other pies!
i’d recommend making a reservation"

History and waterfalls in Quebec City
One evening we stopped for a decent meal at Nina Pizza Napolitaine and then went to one of the few lively spots we found in the city for a night out, Le Drague Cabaret Bar. It’s a palatial place with numerous rooms, bars and dancefloors, and was rammed with people of all persuasions. The drag show itself was entertaining enough but it’s not easy to follow a show in French when one’s French is so poor!.
Where to Eat Well on a Budget in Quebec City
In our opinion, Nina serves nothing less than the best Neapolitan pizza in Quebec City. We’re partial to the Piselli e Pancetta — with peas, pancetta, mascarpone, mint, and lemon olive oil — though the classic margherita is excellent too. Nina now has two locations: the original on Saint-Anselme in Saint-Roch, and a second on Saint-Jean Street in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighbourhood.
