"We had a reservation starting at 8:30pm for a party of 4. We all did the 7 course meal- it was amazing! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and plated, and everything tasted phenomenal/ every dish was distinctly different from the last. The sommelier was wonderful as well. The staff/ chefs kept apologizing for their English (we don’t speak a lot of French), but they were great and we understood them just fine! Overall, it was a lovely experience I would recommend for anyone to do who is looking for some creative fine dining in Quebec City."

The 7 course meal in 3 hours has demonstrated the creative fine dining amazingly.
Each dish was delicately prepared. The highlights were the scallops with onion, the guinea fowl with shrimp stuffing and purple cabbage tart, venison with Bokchoi, the yellow squash with pumpkin seeds which tasted sweet for my wife, but salty for me.....unbelievable.....Chocolate mouse with crunch/Ferrero Rocher like crust was sooooo scrumptious. One thing felt short of expectation was the beef confit broth which was too salty. However, overall, it was very impressive."

"What an amazing experience! First, if you're using Uber to get there, make sure to check the address when you put in le 101. Once we successfully made it there, we had the 7 course tasting menu and wine pairing. It was fun to watch the chefs preparing our food and seeing their attention to detail with each plate. Several of the plates were new combinations or pairings that we have not experienced and they were incredible! The chef came to our table several times to talk about the plate and give us background on the plate or sourcing which was very interesting.
I highly recommend going for the food, incredible atmosphere, and amazing service!"
