This charming, dimly lit space in Wellington West blew me away. The menu is inspired by Italian cuisine, but each dish has a unique personality. The butternut squash and goat cheese ravioli was perfect, as it was rich and delicate all at once.

If you’re looking for a delicious seafood meal, look no further than Supply and Demand. The tuna crudo is my favourite dish on the menu, but everything is amazing. It’s worth the trek to the west end of Ottawa!

Like Whalesbone, Town and Beckta, this is one of the places Steve Wall create the menu for. To be accurate, this is Steve Wall's restaurant. He and his wife left Town to open their own place.
