"Visited here for dinner and our anniversary. We were seated early and enjoyed the food. My wife had the GF filet, which was served with scallop3d potatoes and asparagus. I had the prime rib, which was served with mashed potatoes and reasonable vegetables. Both were served with a tasty wine reduction sauce. The server was great and attentive. My only negative was that the food was served too fast as we did not have much time to enjoy our drink. However, we both said we would visit here in the future."

In the evening, we dined in the garden patio at Zees Grill (which is part of The Shaw Club). The cuisine was defined as ‘Upscale New Canadian’ and while I am still a tad unsure of what that actually means, our fish and beef carpaccio were delicious, the wine perfectly paired, and the atmosphere unpretentious, lively and inviting. I would definitely eat here again.
